The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to approach the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai-600034 to file an appeal and has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.
