The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police herein to execute forthwith the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 28.04.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1/4

Thirukazhukundram in C.C.No.16 of 2025.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions submitted that the respondent-Police had already executed the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 28.04.2025 and that the accused persons i.e., A1 to A6 were surrendered before the Court below and warrant was also re-called. He further submitted that as on date no Non-Bailable Warrant is pending as against the accused.

4. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
