Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned record in his proceedings Na.Ka.R.V.No.2/2727/2012 dated 31.07.2013 passed by the respondent No.1 herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service with all the consequential benefits.
