ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.272 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025 and to conduct a fair and expeditious investigation of the petitioner's complaint within a time frame fixed by this court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent, for which the petitioner has been issued CSR.No.272 of 2025, which is still pending without any progress. 4.

In view of the same, the respondents / police are directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
