The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.1 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and the same was also taken on file as CC No.100 of 2015.
