ORDER

The petitioner is the 10th defendant in the suit O.S.No.253 of 2011. She filed this above revision for early disposal of the suit. Originally a suit was filed by the 1st and 2nd respondents for partition, declaration and injunction in the year 2011 before the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

2. The suit is still pending without disposal. Therefore, she approached this Court and filed CRP (PD) No.3 of 2018 for early disposal and this Court, by its order dated 4.1.2018, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Inspite of the same, the suit is still pending. Therefore, she seeks a direction to dispose of the suit within a specified time limit.

3. Considering the long pendency of the suit, a direction is given to the trial court to dispose of the suit O.S.No.253 of 2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition Petition 2/4

is disposed of. No costs.
