This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 97 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons have illegally transported 4 units of sand. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
