2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application. It is also submitted by both the learned counsels that the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal is in the arguments stage. The said statement is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the Arbitral Tribunal is directed to pass an Arbitral Award, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
