The petitioner herein is a senior citizen and he has moved the 3rd respondent with his representations dated 19.04.2023 and 22.07.2023.under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents.

4.The R.D.O. is now required to forthwith enquire the matter after giving proper notice to all those who are likely to be affected by this order and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 19.04.2023 and 22.07.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
