This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above criminal revision petition filed against the order dated 10.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.8 of 2023 in MC.No.31 of 2023 on the file of the learned Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
