ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "for issuance of a mandamus, directing the 1st , 2nd, 3rd 5th and 6th respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's email representation dated 30.01.2025 and registered post representation 21.02.2025 within the stipulated time by this Honble Court."

2. Mr.Edwin Prabakar, learned Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent, submitted that the petitioner had filed WP.No.11863 of 2025 for the very same relief and withdrew the said petition on 19.06.2025.

3. The petitioner had admittedly not referred to the earlier writ petition in his affidavit. This Court, while permitting the petitioner to withdraw the earlier petition, had not granted any liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

4. The petitioner, besides being guilty of suppression, is not entitled to maintain the second writ petition for the very same

prayer. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
