O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 04.04.2019, made in W.P.No.22411 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.This Court, by the aforesaid order, has observed that the competent authorities have to consider the case of the petitioner, while undertaking the process of appointment during the relevant point of time and when the process of appointment has been commenced, the cases of all the eligible persons coming under the category of Land Priority Quota are to be considered strictly in accordance with the seniority as well as by following the rules in force. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, in compliance with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has been informed vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Uthukottai, in Moo.Mu.2129/2019/A3 dated 07.06.2019 that the

case of the petitioner will be considered on merits in the event of any notification being issued for appointment. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no contempt arises and hence, this contempt petition stands closed.
