The petitioner herein a named accused in Crime No.241 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022, on the file of the Annur police, Coimbatore District for 1/4

the alleged offence under Sections 9(c), 9(f), 9(m) and 10 of POCSO Act, is before this Court to quash the said complaint raising certain grounds including alibi and delay in registering the FIR. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint given by Head Master, case was registered and after investigation, final report filed, but not yet taken on file.

Considering the nature of the complaint and the fact that the investigation is completed, it is appropriate for the petitioner herein to challenge the final report. Hence this Criminal Original Petition filed to quash the FIR stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
