Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Tahsildar, Hosur, the third respondent herein to consider on merits and issue patta in the name of the petitioners as per Registered document No.1361 and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 12.08.2021 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Tahsildar, Hosur, the third respondent herein to consider on merits and issue patta in the name of the petitioners as per Registered document No.1361 and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 12.08.2021 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.08.2021 and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
