The order under suspension in proceedings dated 29.9.2004, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contends that the writ petitioner has not reinstated thereafter and no charge memo or further proceedings are served to the writ petitioner. This apart, the writ petitioner submitted a representation for revocation of suspension order. However, the representation is undated and no proof has been enclosed in respect of recording the acknowledgment. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is received by the respondent then the respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
