Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit as he was unable to arrange the money due to financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month to furnish sureties in the strength of the order dated 21.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2058 of in Crl.O.P.No.28223 of 2023.
