Though no reason has been set out in the affidavit, in the hearing learned counsel submits that the original preventive detention order is not readily traceable, we make an exception for now inter alia considering this preventive detention case, accept the reason and accede to the prayer. We make it clear that in the days to come, we may have to take a more serious view of such bare and bald averments.

4. Captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
