This application has been filed to extend the time to comply the order and surety by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8975 of 2024 by an order dated 24.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11755 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and finally two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
