Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. And 5.30 p.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in order passed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.O.P.NO.14620 of 2020 by the order dated 18.09.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 8(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14620 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14620 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para 8(b) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14620 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
