Application No.5541 of 2019 in C.S.No.434 of 2017 N.SATHISH KUMAR.,J This is an application filed seeking permission of this Court to file additional documents. The counter affidavit has also been filed by the respondent. The only objection of the respondent is that the additional documents are not necessary, as they relate to third party proceedings.

2.Therefore, this Court cannot decide admissibility of documents which is a matter of evidence, at this stage and cannot make roving enquiry. In view of that, this application is ordered.
