Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the residential plot measuring about 252 sq.mtrs in survey No.638/6, Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the representation dated 21.10.2019. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the residential plot measuring about 252 sq.mtrs in survey No.638/6, Karaipudur Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the representation dated 21.10.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019, and after giving him opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
