Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider and dispose the representation dated 22.05.2015 of the petitioner, within time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.05.2015 of the petitioner, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen that, in the name of the Association, the petitioner filed an application to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent and it is pending on the file of the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner may submit a fresh application before the third respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application before the third respondent herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
