ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 11.05.2016 made in C.M.P.No.1802 of 2016 in C.M.P.No.1134 of 2016 on the file of the Vacation Session Judge, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The petitioners were arrested in Cr.No.4 of 2016 u/s 302 IPC and were again remanded to judicial custody on 06.01.2016. They were enlarged on bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in CMP No.1134 of 2016 on 30.03.2016 on certain conditions.

Thereafter, the bail condition was relaxed in CMP No.1802 of 2016 on 11.05.2016 as follows:

"Since the petitioners have complied the condition for the past 36 days from 05.04.2016 onwards, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition and the petitioners are directed to report and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until committing the case to the Sessions Court and no modification or relaxation petition can be entertained until committing the case to the Sessions Court."

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforesaid condition.

5. It is seen that the investigation in Cr.No.4 of 2016 has been completed and final report filed.

6. Under such circumstances, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Salem on the first working day of every month until the case is committed to the Court of Sessions.
