This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.12182 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12182 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on Monday of every alternate week at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
