ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the District Munsif at Tirupur, Tirupur District to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.111 of 2017 within a stipulated time 1/3

as framed by this Court on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Heard, Mr.Deepan Uday, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the District Munsif, Tirupur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2017, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
