Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 am and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8163 of 2021 on 23.08.2021 in the above Crl.OP.No.12513 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 in Cr.No.866 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already relaxed the condition with regard to the appearance vide order dated 23.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8163 of 2021.
