2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21454 of 2024 dated 28.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m. is relaxed.
