The above Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an early date of hearing in W.P.No.21630 of 2026.

2. On the last occasion, this Court, while allowing the amendment petition filed by the petitioner, had directed the respondents to file a counter affidavit to the amended petition and posted the main writ petition on 06.07.2026. Since the matter is already posted on a fixed date and no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents to date, no grounds are made out for advancing the hearing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Petition (WMP.No.25240 of 2026) is dismissed.

3. Post the main Writ Petition on 06.07.2026. Meanwhile, counter shall be filed.
