By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.07.2023 and thereby direct respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as a Sanitary Worker and fix the regular time scale of pay in pursuance to the G.O.Ms.No.380, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 28.06.2013.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been working in the 4th Respondent/Office as R.C.H. Sanitary Worker for more than 11 years. Therefore, by virtue of various Government Orders, she is entitled for regularisation. In this connection, she has sent a representation on 20.07.2023 to the 4th respondent and the same was forwarded to the 3rd respondent and since no decision had been taken upon the petitioner's representation.
5. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would fairly submit that they would take a decision upon the petitioner's representation, within a reasonable time.
6. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2023 and pass orders on 3/6
it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 04.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
