This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl. CC No. 07 of 2022 on the file of the Special court for EC/ NDPS Act, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused person with illegal possession of 150 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard both sides.
