The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondentPolice, to execute the arrest warrant issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-II, Egmore, Chennai, on 01.04.2025 and received by the first respondent-Police on 02.04.2025 in C.C.No.6124 of 2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.07.2025, this Court directed the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-II, Egmore, Chennai, to submit a report as to the number of warrants pending before him/her in connection with the first respondent-Police and the matter was directed to be listed on 24.07.2025.

3. As per the directions of this Court dated 15.07.2025, the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-II, Egmore, Chennai, has submitted a report dated 23.07.2025 stating that the first respondent-Police has already executed the Non Bailable Warrant in C.C.No.6124 of 2016 and produced the accused before the Court on 21.07.2025 at 5.00 p.m., and he was remanded to judicial custody.
