Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trail Court every day at 10.30 am. until further orders imposedin Crl.O.P.No.17279 of 2021 dated 20/09/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIKANDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 20.09.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to.
