Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, this writ petition has been filed challenging the interim order passed in O.A.No.310/00020/2021, dated 18.01.2021 by the Tribunal and pending writ petition, the above original application itself was disposed of. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
