This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20849 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
