ORDER

The petitioner is shown as accused in the complaint filed by the 5th respondent and he has filed the present petition to direct the respondent/police not to harass him in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the complaint preferred by the 5th respondent has been closed on the ground that the entire transaction took place in Dubai and the amount involved was above Rs.50,00,000/-.

3. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
