Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate Writ, Order or Directions and in particular in writ in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the preliminary order dated 22.09.2005 and the award dated 05.04.2006 in I.D.No.427 of 2004 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent bank to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from 24.04.2003 the date of discharge, pay full back wages after adjusting the amount paid on account of discharge, with continuity of service, consequential and other attendant benefits.
