ORDER
When the matter came up before this Court on 16.08.2023, this Court passed the following order:
"The petitioner has lost her husband in COVID and she has been sanctioned necessary terminal benefits by the respondent. She further submits that her husband had earlier obtained Rs.1.75 Lakhs for building his own house from the respondent, who is his employer and had deposited the title document with it.
2.According to the petitioner, the entire amount has been paid by her husband and yet, the document has not been returned.
3.Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate 2/4
takes notice for the respondent.
4.Post the matter on 24.08.2023 under the same caption." 2.Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has been complied with by the respondents. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
