ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint and the respondent police have called for an enquiry.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate for the enquiry which is conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner. If there is no co-operation from the petitioner, the respondent police can proceed to close the complaint.
