This application has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days caused in filing the restore petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to post the Suit on 01.09.2023.
