Heard Mrs.G.Sunitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court for seeking the following relief, "To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.82327/03/K3, dated 07.03.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to take steps to remove the branches which are endangering the life and property of the petitioner."

3. The case of the petitioner is as follows:- Earlier, when the matter was heard, the respondents are directed to cut the branches of tree which protruding into the property of the petitioner. In response to the direction passed by this Court, it is now reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the direction has been complied with and the branches which have protruded into the property of the petitioner had been fully cut and removed.
4. In the above connection, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would also file the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.8303/2017/A1 dated 23.11.2017, addressed to the Additional Government Pleader.
5. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is closed. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned whenever he has legitimate grievances in this connection. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
