The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.3350 of 2016 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Perundurai. 2.

H.M.O.P.No.3350 of 2016 is filed by the respondenthusband before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 12.09.2010.

The petitioner is a resident of Perundurai. According to the petitioner, it would be difficult for her to travel all along from Perundurai to Chennai along with her minor child for the purpose of defending the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.3350 of 2016. Hence, she seeks transfer from Chennai to Perundurai. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband has got no serious objection for transferring the petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.3350 of 2016 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai shall stand withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Perundurai.
