This petition is filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing Revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.378 of 2023 by the learned Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai in Crime No. 7/AC/2016/SIC on the file of the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (Head Quarters) Chennai dated 01.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 49 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
