The learned counsel for the Intervenor accepting notice for the defacto complainant and raised strong objections.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the de-facto complainant is assigned CSR.No.482 of 2024 and petition enquiry is pending.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, till then not to arrest the petitioner and if the petitioner will not co-operate for enquiry and try to abscond, the interim protection granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
4. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
