It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent is taking steps to withdraw the HMOP No.152 of 2016 pending before the Subordinate Court, Maiyaladuthurai. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both parties have filed a petition under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
