Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant and Ms.Sulochana, representing M/s.P.Veena Suresh, learned Counsel on record for the Respondent No.2 are before this Court. 2.Though the notice sent to the first respondent was served, the first respondent did not appear before this Court. First respondent was called absent. 3.Ms.Sulochana, representing M/s.P.Veena Suresh, learned representing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. 4.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Reason stated in the affidavit is satisfied. Hence, the delay of 482 days in preferring the Review Application is condoned. 5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
