O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent police to defreeze the bank accounts of the petitioner, which is maintained in the 2nd and 3rd respondent banks. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the freezing of the bank account was done on 12.12.2013 and that the same was intimated to the concerned Court on the very same day. In view of the same, it was submitted that the mandate under Section 102 of Cr.PC has been complied with.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also brought to the notice of this Court that this Court has already directed the Court below 2/5

to dispose of the case in CC No.200 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order passed in Crl OP No.15867 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court below seeking for defreezing of the bank accounts. The Court below shall keep in mind the direction given by this Court for the disposal of the main case within a period of four months.

This criminal Original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
