This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.184 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. Mr.P.Anthonyselvi, (PC 27713), F2 Police Station (L & O), is present.

3.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a draft charge sheet has been submitted to the Additional Public Prosecutor for opinion. A copy of the draft final report is produced before this Court.

4.In view of the above, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
