The Petitioner was arrested in Manali New Town Police Station Crime No.117 of 2018 and was granted bail Crl.M.P.3220 of 2018 on 09.07.2018 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. While this being so, it appears that the petitioner was already arrested in H-1 Washermenpet Police Station Crime No.339 of 2018 and was granted bail in M.P.No.2170 of 2018 by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai with a direction to appear before H-1 Washermenpet Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for modifying the said condition imposed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, the order dated 02.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.2170 of 2018 passed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Rest of the conditions remain the same.

With the above modification, this petition is ordered accordingly.
