Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first Respondent relating to Check Slip dated 22.07.2024 in Refusal Check Slip. No. RFL/Velachery/48/2024 and quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 22.07.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of her son Mr. A. Nesakumar and accept the Settlement Deed dated 22.07.2024 and have the registration and complete the formalities and thereafter release the Settlement Deed document in favour of the Petitioner pertaining to the Petition property situated at Plot No. 4 measuring an extent of 2400 Sq.ft comprised in Survey No. 208/5 and 6 situated at Madipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 1/5

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed to quash the impugned refusal slip Check Slip dated 22.07.2024 Refusal Check Slip. No. RFL/Velachery/48/2024 and consequentially direct the first respondent to receive the Settlement Deed dated 22.07.2024 executed by the petitioner in favour of her son Mr.A.Nesakumar and register the same and thereafter release the Settlement Deed document pertaining to the petition property situated at Plot No. 4 measuring an extent of 2400 Sq.ft comprised in Survey No. 208/5 and 6 situated at Madipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 2/5

3. In the earlier occasion, as the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that he will instruct the first respondent to register the document, this Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'

4. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the document has been registered and the same has been released to the petitioner after registration.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further Order is required in this petition.
