CMP.No.20551 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 1946 days in filing applications seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent viz., Mr.Rutharamurthy Pillai in S.A.No.672 of 2013; CMP.No.20558 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above second appeal; CMP.No.20561 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondent viz., R.Sekar as the legal representative of the deceased sole respondent and rank him as the second respondent in the above second appeal.

2.The factum of the death of the sole respondent and the proposed respondent is the legal representative of the deceased, are not in dispute. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of three weeks and post the matter after four weeks. 04.02.2022 Dua https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
